100% Doors/Frames Job Description:
Principal Functional Responsibilities
- Production workers must be able to understand instructions whether they are written or verbal, and follow said instructions
- Complete work with accuracy and efficiency
- Construct cabinets in all different phases
- Adhere to all facets of safety policies and procedures
Areas Covered Under Description
- Puller – Doors, Fronts, Frames, Backs, End Panels, Dovetail, Shelves, Specials, Water spider, Misc, Tops & Bottoms.
- Puller/Packer – Fillers, Molding, Toe Kicks, Panels, Doors, BTKs (Base Tray Kits)
- KAAT Assembly – Hardware, Hinger, Door Hang, Box Build & Core to Front
- Roughcut- computer experience/usage, ability to use oracle (erp system).
- Stocking
- One year of production experience or similar in an assembly, carpentry or detail-oriented environment is preferred
- Two to three years of work experience
- Knowledge of safe work practices
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to read a tape measure-standard and metric
- Math skills
- Ability to read/write
- Ability to operate various tools
- Ladder usage at heights greater than ground level
- Ability to learn door styles and colors of specs
- Ability to work in a team environment
- May be required to frequently life up to 30 lbs.
- Hand dexterity and strength
- Overtime may be required, including weekends
- May be required to work a flexible schedule
