At Cabinets To Go, we offer our customers the best selection of cabinets, flooring, bath vanities, countertops, backsplashes, knobs & pulls, closet systems, and installation services—and we need a dynamic Store Manager to drive sales, service, and growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead day-to-day store operations, including sales, inventory, order management, reporting, and store maintenance
- Drive sales of kitchen cabinets, bath vanities, countertops, flooring, and installation services
- Build, train, manage, and motivate a high-performing sales team to exceed goals
- Ensure a clean, inviting showroom and warehouse while providing superior customer service
- Perform product demonstrations and design kitchen layouts using 2020 CAD software
- Oversee product loading and offloading, ensuring efficiency and safety
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 5 years in cabinet sales/design or sales managerial experience in construction/home improvement retail
- 1–3 years of direct sales management experience preferred
- Strong skills in inventory control, retail operations, and team leadership
