GENERAL DUTIES:
- Book and schedule all inbound and outbound shipments for CTG and Lumber Liquidators.
- Work with logistics managers and warehouse staff.
- Ensure the company follows state and federal regulations regarding transportation and recordkeeping.
- Maintain shipping excel spreadsheet and truck logs.
- Email store manifest.

- Keep stores and customers updated on delivery ETA’s.
- Provide customer service to drivers, stores, and customers.
- Schedule and route LTL shipments and provide tracking.
- Schedule store pullbacks.
- KPI reporting for inbound and outbound.
