What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Associate - Dual position at Cabinets To Go, LLC?
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Repetitively lift up to 50 pounds loading and unloading designated trailers and/or route trucks.
- Tracks all inventory – shipped and received merchandise.
- Contact customers for pickups and deliveries.
- Load merchandise in customers’ vehicles and/or on Company delivery truck.
- Stacks pallets of products in an organized and safe manner.
- Work directly with store personnel to ensure customers are taken care of quickly and effectively.
- Comply with OSHA requirements.
- Follows store policies and procedures in accordance with Company expectations.
- Organizes warehouse, maintains warehouse in a clean and code compliant condition.
- Provides positive customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Receive e-mail orders from customer service.
- Print BOL and pick list.
- Pick, pack, wrap and label orders.
- Ship customer orders.
