- Guide customers on cabinets, countertops, flooring, and closets with expert product knowledge.
- Design solutions that meet customer needs, budget, and style preferences.
- Create work orders, coordinate installations, and oversee projects to completion.
- Set personal sales goals and generate leads with your store manager.
- Provide friendly, top-notch customer service and maintain store presentation.
What We’re Looking For:
- Retail or sales experience preferred, ideally in home design or related products.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
