Responsibilities
- Build custom cabinets to project specifications using a full range of woodworking tools and techniques. Interpret blueprints, sketches, and specifications accurately; take precise measurements and ensure tight tolerances in cutting, shaping, and assembling cabinet components.
- Assemble cabinetry and related millwork using hand and power tools with precision.
- Work closely with others to understand project requirements and deliver to client’s expectations.
- Identify and address challenges as they arise
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experienced production woodworker with ability to read prints.
- Ability to perform basic reading, writing and measuring skills.
- Ability to work on their own with little supervision.
- Must be detail oriented and have an eye for quality.
- Ability to operate table saws, shapers, routers, sanders and hand tools.
- Ability to understand the installation process and perform installations on jobsite when needed.
- Ability to assemble cabinets, hang doors, install drawers and cabinet accessories.
- CNC operation and parts cutting a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as kneeling, bending, and standing.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
