Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in woodworking, cabinetry, and related construction skills, with the ability to produce high-quality custom cabinets and furniture. This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects in a dynamic environment, utilizing both traditional craftsmanship and modern fabrication techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Construct, assemble, and install custom cabinets, furniture, and related fixtures according to specifications and blueprints
  • Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure precise fabrication and installation
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
  • Measure materials accurately for cutting, assembly, and installation processes
  • Perform finishing tasks such as sanding, caulking, staining, or painting to achieve desired aesthetic quality
  • Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure project specifications are met within deadlines
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to safety standards at all times
  • Assist with site preparation including framing, drywall installation, or other related construction tasks as needed

Skills

  • Proficiency in woodworking techniques including cabinetry, framing, trim carpentry, and metal stud framing
  • Experience with blueprint reading and schematics interpretation
  • Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication equipment
  • Knowledge of construction estimating and project planning principles
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on job sites or in the shop
  • Familiarity with restoration industry practices such as mold remediation or water damage restoration is a plus
  • Strong understanding of fixture installation, door hanging, flooring installation, tile laying, electrical experience, plumbing, masonry, roofing, siding, stucco application, concrete forming, plastering, rebar installation, remodeling, water damage restoration or other related construction skills is advantageous
  • Excellent craftsmanship in woodworking and metalworking processes
  • Ability to read technical drawings accurately and translate them into precise physical work

This role requires a dedicated professional capable of delivering high-quality craftsmanship while adhering to safety standards. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of technical expertise and creative problem-solving skills to contribute effectively to our projects.
