We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Speak Spanish Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits through effective product demos.
- Utilize retail math skills to assist customers with transactions, including cash handling and operating the POS system accurately.
- Implement upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Supervise and train new team members on sales strategies and store policies.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed effectively.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer calls and inquiries.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and retail math concepts is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also taking initiative when needed.
