We’re looking for a high-performing Kitchen Designer/Sales who thrives in a client-facing, consultative sales environment and takes pride in delivering both stunning designs and unmatched customer experience.
This is not an entry-level role - this is for someone who knows how to lead projects (potentially a team), build trust quickly, and consistently deliver results.
At Cabinet IQ, we don’t aim for average—we deliver a “6-star experience” that earns 5-star reviews. If that standard excites you, you’ll fit right in.
Why This Role Stands Out
Our brand-new showroom, currently under construction at Southwest Freeway and Weslayan (Inside loop 610) is set to open in late summer/early fall of 2026. But we didn’t wait to build momentum. - A creator and a closer—equally strong in design and sales
- Proven ability to sell luxury products and close high-value projects
- Confidence in leading clients from first consultation to final installation
- Highly organized, detail-driven, and accountable
- Experienced enough to work independently, yet collaborative and team-oriented
- Experienced in/have understanding of construction/remodeling
- Passionate about delivering a premium client experience every time
Your Impact
As a Kitchen Designer/Sales, you will:
- Lead clients through a full-service design journey—from concept to completion
- Create thoughtful, functional, and visually stunning spaces
- Build strong relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
- Collaborate with installers, project managers, and vendors to ensure flawless execution
- Represent the brand with professionalism, confidence, and expertise
What You Bring
- Deep knowledge of cabinetry, countertops, and layout planning
- A portfolio that demonstrates high-level design and completed projects
- The ability to both design and sell at a high level
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences—not just transactions
- Reliable transportation
What You’ll Get
- $75K–$150K (annual salary commission bonus)
- Insurance: Health, Dental, Vision
- Paid time off
- Strong pipeline of opportunities and marketing support
- Flexible, hybrid work environment
- Career growth opportunities—including leadership paths
- A team that is driven, collaborative, and passionate about winning
