Outside Sales Representative – Cabinet Guys LLC

Cabinet Guys LLC is a leading supplier of high-quality cabinetry solutions for builders, contractors, and developers. We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to drive new business by building relationships with contractors, home builders, and remodelers. If you have a strong sales background, experience in B2B construction sales, and a go-getter mentality, we want to talk to you!
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and cold-call potential clients, including home builders, general contractors, and remodelers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders to secure cabinetry projects
- Generate and follow up on leads to provide estimates and close deals
- Conduct on-site visits to job sites, contractor offices, and networking events
- Communicate effectively with our in-house team to ensure seamless order fulfillment
- Meet and exceed sales targets with a competitive commission structure
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Proven sales experience in B2B, construction materials, home improvement, or a related field
✔ Strong cold-calling and prospecting skills – ability to generate leads and secure meetings
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
✔ Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and not afraid to pick up the phone
✔ Experience with cabinetry, construction, or home remodeling is a plus but not required
✔ Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for in-person meetings
