Position Overview
The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for Cabinet Creations LLC, setting the tone for professionalism, organization, and customer experience. This role supports daily office operations, manages inbound communication, and ensures customers, vendors, and team members are assisted efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Customer Interaction
- Greet all visitors, customers, and vendors professionally
- Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly
- Respond to general email inquiries or route appropriately
- Maintain a clean and professional front office
Administrative & Office Support
- Manage mail, deliveries, and packages
- Assist with scheduling and calendar coordination
- Prepare and organize documents and customer files
- Perform data entry and record maintenance
- Support administrative staff with clerical tasks
Sales & Operations Support
- Log incoming leads and route to sales
- Assist sales and operations teams with documentation
- Notify staff of arriving customers or vendors
- Support front-office operations during high-volume periods
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior receptionist or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer proficiency
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
- Previous office experience or clerical experience is preferred to ensure smooth onboarding and performance
- Knowledge of front desk procedures, office management practices, and administrative support functions
- Ability to perform data entry accurately while maintaining high levels of proofreading and attention to detail
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the day
