Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget for bathroom and kitchen renovations.
- Develop detailed design concepts using software such as Cabinet Vision and Chief Architect.
- Create comprehensive plans including cabinetry layouts, lighting design, color schemes, and material selections.
- Prepare accurate construction documents and specifications.
- Manage project timelines, coordinate with contractors and suppliers, and oversee installation processes to ensure quality standards are met.
- Present design proposals to clients clearly and confidently, incorporating their feedback to refine concepts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in interior design or kitchen and bath remodeling projects with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in Cabinet Vision, Chief Architect or similar 3D rendering tools.
- Knowledge of contracts, project management practices, budgeting strategies, and renovation procedures.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with lighting sales techniques and experience in remodeling or renovation projects is highly desirable.
