Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule cabinet deliveries, installations, and service appointments.
- Communicate daily with customers, installers, delivery drivers, sales representatives, and field personnel to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Coordinate with superintendents, project managers, and jobsite contacts regarding scheduling, site readiness, and project updates.
- Monitor project timelines and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts, delays, and field issues.
- Track delayed materials, create work orders, and coordinate replacement materials as needed.
- Answer customer calls and provide timely updates regarding deliveries, installations, and service requests.
- Assist with project closeout, completion of deliveries, and administrative support, including payroll assistance.
- Maintain accurate inventory of hardware and installation materials.
- Work closely with the Service Manager, Customer Service team, Sales team, Warehouse, Installation crews, and Human Resources to ensure efficient operations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to scheduling, work orders, and project status.
- Prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while adapting to changing schedules and customer needs.
- Demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills while providing exceptional customer service.
Candidates with experience in the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply:
- Coordinating installation schedules, crews, and subcontractors for construction projects
- Managing field service requests, punch lists, warranty work, and customer follow-up
- Communicating with project managers, superintendents, installers, vendors, and customers to keep projects on schedule
- Resolving scheduling conflicts and making real-time adjustments to meet project deadlines
- Coordinating material deliveries and ensuring jobsite readiness
- Tracking project progress and providing timely updates to internal teams and customers
- Working in casework, millwork, cabinetry, or other commercial construction environments
- Supporting construction operations, field coordination, or project management
- Using strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
