Job Overview
Cabinet Connect of Charlotte is looking for an experienced Cabinet Connect Manager to lead our cabinet division. This is a hands-on management position for someone with strong cabinet knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to oversee projects from the initial design through final installation.
Responsibilities
- Design and quote kitchen, bathroom, and custom cabinet projects.
- Meet with customers and assist them throughout the sales process.
- Support and train sales associates with cabinet designs, layouts, and product knowledge.
- Review and finalize cabinet contracts before orders are placed.
- Order cabinets and ensure all orders are accurate and complete.
- Coordinate with manufacturers, vendors, and suppliers.
- Manage projects from sale through installation.
- Work closely with cabinet installers to ensure projects are completed correctly and on schedule.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide outstanding customer service.
- Monitor project timelines and communicate updates with customers and the sales team.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of cabinet industry experience required.
- Experience designing kitchens and bathrooms.
- Knowledge of cabinet construction, measurements, and installation.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with cabinet design software is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
