EXTERIOR SUBCONTRACTORS NEEDED – NORTH GEORGIA
Mountain View Property Group is expanding our network of reliable exterior subcontractors serving Hiawassee, Blairsville, Young Harris, Clayton, Helen, and surrounding North Georgia areas.
We are looking for experienced subcontractors and small businesses with proven experience in:
- Tree Service / Tree Removal
- Roofing & Roof Repair
- Grading & Excavation
- Driveways / Gravel / Site Work
- Land Clearing & Brush Removal
- Drainage & Culvert Work
- Gutter Installation & Repair
- Decks & Exterior Carpentry
- Siding & Exterior Repairs
- Fencing
- Landscaping & Property Cleanup
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We want people who know their trade and take pride in their work.
Ideal partners will have:
- Hands-on experience in one or more of the trades listed above
- Strong knowledge of exterior property work
- Reliable transportation and equipment needed for their trade
- Good communication
- Ability to provide estimates and complete work professionally
- Photos, references, or examples of previous projects
- A reputation for showing up and finishing the job correctly
We are especially interested in contractors who already work throughout the North Georgia mountain area and want additional project opportunities.
