Job Title: Data & Records Clerk – Hybrid
Location: Van Nuys, CA 91411 (Hybrid – 2 days/week onsite)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 an hour
Position Summary:
Cabinet By Design in Van Nuys is seeking a detail-oriented, organized Hybrid Data & Records Clerk to help manage and maintain our growing database of client, project, and business information. This hybrid role combines in-person administrative support with remote data management and reporting tasks. As an integral part of our operations team, you will ensure the accuracy, security, and accessibility of important records that support daily design, production, and client service operations.
Work in a hybrid role – 2 days a week in-office, 3 days a week from home.
We have an immediate opening for a Data & Records Clerk to support our expanding cabinetry and design operations in this flexible hybrid position. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in digital record-keeping systems. You’ll play a key part in maintaining accurate documentation, streamlining data workflows, and supporting the overall efficiency of the Cabinet By Design team.
Requirements/Responsibilities
Hybrid Duties:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using internal data management systems.
Respond to online inquiries and support tickets related to data entry, documentation, and record requests.
Track and report on data accuracy, completion rates, and record.
Conduct audits and send follow-up communications regarding missing or outdated records.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus)
Experience in administrative support, data entry, or record management preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and priorities in a hybrid work setting
Work Schedule: Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends.
Hybrid Structure: 2 days per week on-site at our Van Nuys location; remaining days remote
