Dental Receptionist & Billing Specialist -
Non- Exempt Full Time

CCHS is a nonprofit health center committed to providing high-quality healthcare and dental services to our community, regardless of a patient's ability to pay. We are looking for a Full-Time Dental Receptionist & Billing Specialist to join our dental team in Charleston, WV.
This position plays an important role in keeping our dental office running smoothly while providing excellent service to our patients.
Responsibilities include:
The position is primarily based in Charleston, with occasional travel to satellite dental clinics within Kanawha County to provide coverage as needed.

This position plays an important role in keeping our dental office running smoothly while providing excellent service to our patients.
Responsibilities include:
- Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments
- Checking patients in and out and assisting with front-office needs
- Submitting dental insurance claims and following up as needed
- Obtaining insurance authorizations and verifying coverage
- Coordinating patient referrals
- Communicating with patients regarding appointments, insurance, and billing
- Working closely with both the billing team on insurance claims, denials and payment processing
The position is primarily based in Charleston, with occasional travel to satellite dental clinics within Kanawha County to provide coverage as needed.
