Cabin Connections is a family-owned portable building company serving communities across Kentucky. With five lots located in London, West Liberty, Salyersville, Stanville, and Grayson, we take pride in delivering quality buildings and exceptional customer service.
We are currently seeking a motivated, dependable Sales Representative to join our Salyersville lot.
Position Overview
The Sales Representative is responsible for engaging customers on the lot, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the building selection and purchase process. This individual will work closely with the Lot Manager and represent the Cabin Connections brand with professionalism and integrity.
Duties
- Actively reach out to potential and existing customers to promote products and services, ensuring their needs are met with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Provide attentive, knowledgeable service to all customers who visit the lot
- Develop a thorough understanding of available building inventory, options, and pricing
- Assist customers in identifying the right building for their specific needs
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain ongoing communication throughout the sales process
- Complete all required sales documentation and paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable lot at all times
- Collaborate with the Lot Manager to meet individual and lot sales goals
Skills
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles with excellent communication abilitiespreferred
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license required
- Reliable personal transportation to and from the lot required
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Honest, dependable, and committed to doing the job right
