Role Description
This full-time, on-site Retail Store Manager role is based in Napa, CA. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and smooth store management. Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining inventory, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and fostering a welcoming and high-performing store environment. The Store Manager will also lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and communication.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and delivering exceptional Customer Service
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to inspire and lead a team
- Experience in Store Management, with a focus on driving sales and operational excellence
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies and practices
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
