Key Responsibilities
- Perform MRI scans in accordance with established protocols and departmental policies.
- Evaluate patients to ensure they are appropriate candidates for MRI procedures, including thorough screening for metal or orthopedic devices.
- Clearly explain procedures to patients to ensure understanding and reduce anxiety.
- Operate and adjust MRI equipment and computer settings to produce high-quality diagnostic images for interpretation by radiologists.
