The Emergency Communications Coordinator (ECC) is responsible for efficient communications with all ambulances and/or medical helicopters operating in WV EMS Region II and surrounding areas.
Additionally, the ECC will arrange the appropriate mode of transport required for the interfacility transport of patients requiring tertiary care services.
