Rivers Health is seeking a full-time Wellness Technician.
JOB SUMMARY:
Assist members in reaching physical fitness goals. Maintains clerical
duties for Wellness Center membership. Insures a clean and safe workout
envir
- Greet and provide direction to patients and visitors.
- Instruct members in proper use of equipment and help develop
exercise programs specific to member goals.
- Circulates throughout department ensuring safe operation of
equipment.
- Attends inservices in safety, infection control, basic CPR, etc. at
least yearly.
- Maintains supplies and equipment as needed.
- Performs clerical front-desk duties to include but not limited to:
registering outpatients, monitor phone system, cashiering activities
(drawer balancing, writing receipts, etc.), sorting mail, and
maintaining accurate membership records.
- Demonstrates excellence in customer service skills.
- Fosters an atmosphere of teamwork and collaboration.
- Participates in quality improvement activities including serving on
quality improvement teams.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned.

Procedures and Personnel Employee Handbook.

Qualifications:
High school education.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
Experience in physical fitness preferred. Public relation and computer
