St. Mary's Medical Center is seeking a special full time Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for our Respiratory Department. The Respiratory Therapist performs usual and advanced respiratory therapy techniques as described in the Policy & Procedure Manual. The primary function is to treat, perform diagnostic tests, evaluate therapy, and make recommendations to the physician related to the respiratory system.
Qualifications:
Education: Training for RRT equivalent to two or more year’s undergraduate work is preferred. Has successfully completed the Registered Respiratory Therapist exam administered by the National Board for Respiratory Care. Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy strongly preferred.
Experience: Previous work experience as staff therapist is desired.
SKILLS: BLS required.
