What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Services Representative position at Cabarrus Eye Center?
Looking for a team-oriented individual with ability to work accurately at a fast pace. Attention to detail, excellent computer skills and customer service experience preferred. Independent practice with great work environment. Experience in a medical office, checking patients in/out and familiarity with insurance plans a plus.
Position may involve working with paper charts-retrieving and filing, along with records requests from other offices. Primary duties may include checking patients in or out-computer registration and verification of insurance.
High school diploma required along with ability to frequently walk, stand and sit. Salary based on experience.
