Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Sales Associate passionate about style, client relationships, and delivering exceptional in-store experiences. This role is ideal for someone with prior retail experience who thrives in a client-facing environment and enjoys building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a high-touch, personalized shopping experience for all clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing clienteling efforts
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product offerings, designers, and current trends
- Assist with merchandising, floor sets, and maintaining store presentation standards
- Support daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and POS transactions
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and dynamic store environment
Qualifications:
- Retail sales experience, preferably in fashion or luxury
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Passion for fashion, styling, and customer experience
- Shopify POS experience a plus
