About us
Medical Assistant for a Dermatology Group- We are looking for a clinical assistant in the field of dermatology. This is a fast paced practice specializing in skin cancer treatment, multiple sites ; full service from minor surgeries to aesthetics. There are 2 offices Brandon and Tampa. We are in need of a fast learner , self motivator who can assist the physician and mid levels to triage patients, prepare the rooms , process labs and biopsies.
Full time fully Bilingual ( Spanish & English) experienced medical assistant, preferred experience in MEDICAL OFFICE. Experience in Dermatology is a great plus!
Duties include but no limited to:
- Triaging patients,
- Assisting providers in minor surgical procedures
- Injections
- Requesting Authorizations
- General lab duties
- General clerical paperwork
- Insurance benefit verifications is required and understanding the insurance coverages
Hours: Mon - Fri 8:30am-5:30pm; possible Saturday mornings once or twice a month.'
