Role Description The Catering Event Coordinator is a full-time, hybrid role based in Dayton, OR. This role is responsible for coordinating all aspects of catering events, including gathering client requirements, preparing event proposals, and confirming menus, timelines, and event details. The coordinator will liaise with clients, venue staff, and internal kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth execution before, during, and after each event. Day-to-day tasks include managing event calendars, preparing quotes and contracts, overseeing event setup and breakdown, and addressing client needs on-site. The role also involves supporting sales efforts by responding to inquiries, conducting site visits, and maintaining accurate records of client communications and event specifications.
Qualifications

Salary
- Training starts at $17/hr, and once training is over then would increase this $20 /hr - depending on performance and experience
- Opportunity for raises through transition from hourly to salary after 6 months, based on performance
