In this role, you will be the vital link between our company and clients, managing inbound and outbound sales calls, supporting shipping logistics, and fostering strong business relationships. Your proactive approach will help us grow our customer base while ensuring efficient order processing and delivery support. This is a full time, salary position with benefits. General Responsibilities/Requirements
- Support the sales team and the warehouse clerk when needed.
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide customers with reliable information regarding product specifications, pricing, and stock levels.
- Generate product quotes and be able to give recommendations for products and specific product applications.
- Perform product/application testing for customers.
- Create and organize quote logs for tracking and follow up.
- Create quarterly newsletters for our customers.
- Prepare price lists.
- Maintain a log for demo units and responsible for other relevant data entry.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs is a must.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail is very important.
- Prior inside sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Associate's degree preferred.
- The ability to lift up to 50lbs.
