The Role
This position supports daily office operations and works closely with the owners.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once while maintaining accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
π§ Email & Order Support

Monitor incoming emails throughout the day

Respond to basic order status inquiries

Enter customer orders accurately

Assist with preparing and sending quotes

Keep communications organized and professional
π Phone Support

Answer incoming calls

Provide basic customer information

Route calls to appropriate team members

Take clear and accurate messages
π° Administrative & Bookkeeping Support

Enter bills into QuickBooks Online

Assist with recording deposits

Help organize financial documents

Support basic accounts payable/receivable tasks
(QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is a plus, but not required.)
