We are a busy wholesale sign manufacturing company serving trade professionals across the country. Our office environment is fast-paced, team-oriented, and focused on accuracy and responsiveness.

We are looking for a dependable Administrative Assistant who enjoys staying organized, handling communication, and keeping operations running smoothly.

    The Role

    This position supports daily office operations and works closely with the owners.

    The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once while maintaining accuracy.

    This role is best suited for someone who likes structure, clear responsibilities, and a steady workflow.

    Key Responsibilities

    πŸ“§ Email & Order Support

    • Monitor incoming emails throughout the day

    • Respond to basic order status inquiries

    • Enter customer orders accurately

    • Assist with preparing and sending quotes

    • Keep communications organized and professional

    πŸ“ž Phone Support

    • Answer incoming calls

    • Provide basic customer information

    • Route calls to appropriate team members

    • Take clear and accurate messages

    πŸ’° Administrative & Bookkeeping Support

    • Enter bills into QuickBooks Online

    • Assist with recording deposits

    • Help organize financial documents

    • Support basic accounts payable/receivable tasks

    (QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is a plus, but not required.)

    πŸ—‚ General Office Support

    • Maintain organized records and files

    • Track follow-ups and deadlines

    • Assist with daily operational tasks

    • Support team coordination as needed

    Compensation

    • Competitive hourly pay based on experience

    • Typical range: $25–$30 per hour

    • Opportunities for growth and increased responsibilities over time
