Technical Channel Manager – Remote (Preferred Region: Florida)
CaaB (Cloud as-a-Business) is a subsidiary of the OMC Group, operating one of the largest public cloud infrastructure platforms globally. We’re a channel-first cloud provider on a mission: to empower MSPs, VARs, and Technology Service Providers with high-performance, hyperscale cloud solutions tailored to the SMB market — all delivered with simple, transparent pricing.
Competing with the "Big 3" (AWS, Azure, GCP), CaaB stands apart through a strong partner program that includes white-label capabilities, zero-cost onboarding, free migration support, and access to an award-winning IaaS Cloud Management Platform.
As we continue to grow, we’re looking to bring on a Technical Channel Manager to support our key strategic partners in Florida — with a specific focus on large technology distribution partners.
About the Role
We are seeking proven channel managers who have experience supporting and growing relationships with large-scale technology distribution partners. You’ll serve as the primary technical and strategic resource for our key partners, delivering:
- Ongoing cloud platform training for partners and distributors.
- Pre-sales support and solution architecture guidance.
- Migration planning and project management.
- Assistance with cloud infrastructure quotes, proposals, and pricing support.
- General account management and partner enablement.
- Manage and grow relationships with distribution partners (TSDs).
- Joint business planning with distribution partners to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and execute go-to-market campaigns in collaboration with distributors.
- Prospect and recruit new partners through distributor relationships.
- Support distributors with sales training, marketing collateral, and deal enablement.
- Conduct regular business reviews with distributor leadership and sales teams.
- Act as the main liaison between distributor teams, internal CaaB teams, and partners.
- Track, report, and forecast pipeline growth and partner performance.
- Represent CaaB at distributor events, partner summits, and industry conferences.
This is a remote-based position but will require travel within the U.S. and Canada. Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus monthly performance incentives.
