As we continue expanding, we’re hiring a Channel Manager to strengthen and grow our relationships with key technology distribution partners in Florida.
Location
Must be based in the Clearwater–Tampa area (field-based with travel across FL; occasional US/Canada travel/Asia).
Role summary
Own and grow day-to-day relationships with distribution sales teams (TSDs). Your #1 job: develop trusted relationships that drive introductions to MSP/Partner accounts, then help convert those intros into qualified meetings and wins.
What you’ll do
· Focus primarily on selling CaaB cloud solutions to MSPs, driving new partner acquisition and growth.
· Partner closely with distributor sellers — through ride-alongs, coaching, and daily engagement.
· Generate MSP/partner introductions and convert them into qualified discovery meetings.
· Deliver short enablement sessions (why CaaB, pricing overview, quick demo).
· Plan and execute micro-campaigns/SPIFFs with distributor leadership.
· Represent CaaB at distributor events, roadshows, and partner calls.
Minimum requirements
· 3 years in channel or distribution-facing roles (MSP, TSD, or VAR experience).
· Proven success building relationships and driving partner-led introductions.
· Strong sales and deal-closing skills, with experience managing full sales cycles directly with MSPs.
· Solid understanding of IaaS fundamentals (VMs, storage, networking, backup/DR).
· Excellent communication, follow-through, and CRM discipline.
Nice to have
Experience with national Technology Solutions Distributors.
- Familiarity with SMB cloud migrations, backup & storage, Windows/Linux.
- Experience running short trainings/webinars for sales teams.
