Compensation: $55,000–$60,000 base commission bonus
Location: Fully Remote – US
Are you a motivated sales professional interested in B2B media sales, advertising sales, business development, and event sponsorships? At caa, we’re looking for a driven Advertising Account Executive (AE) to join our remote team and help grow our flagship Invest: economic reports and large-scale business conferences.
As a caa AE, you’ll build relationships with CEOs, executives, business leaders, and decision-makers while selling advertising packages, digital campaigns, and sponsorship opportunities across our multimedia platforms.
You'll directly shape the business narrative of major U.S. cities, contribute to high-impact publications, and grow your own book of business through strategic sales, networking, and relationship-building.

💼 What You’ll Do
- Drive advertising, digital media, and event sponsorship sales for your assigned region
- Prospect, cold call, and generate leads in B2B markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CEOs, business leaders, and government officials
- Conduct discovery calls, pitch meetings, and proposal presentations
- Manage your sales pipeline and CRM activity (lead tracking, follow-ups, forecasting)
- Monitor business trends to tailor competitive media solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to support conference planning and execution

- Bachelor’s degree or 2–5 years of experience in sales, account management, business development, or media/advertising sales
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- A self-starter who thrives in a remote sales environment
