π What Youβll Do
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to offer close
- Build proactive talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and creative outreach
- Partner with leadership and hiring managers on hiring strategy and role development
- Conduct structured interviews and candidate assessments
- Create a strong, professional, and thoughtful candidate experience
- Track recruiting metrics and identify ways to improve hiring processes
- Help support onboarding and hiring coordination as needed
- Recruit for sales, operations, and executive-level roles across multiple markets
