An Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Architect designs and goverms end-to-end data architectures, specializing in Real-Time CDP, Customer Journey Analytics (CIA), and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). They translate marketing use cases into technical blueprints, overseeing XDM modeling, data ingestion, and identity resolution to enable personalized customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Architectural Design: Define and implement AEP technical roadmaps, including ingestion (streaming/batch), schema design (XDM), and data governance.
Technical Leadership: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams on Adobe Experience Cloud, RT-CDP, and Al-driven personalization. Data Strategy: Establish standards for identity resolution, profile integrity, segmentation, and data privacy compliance (GOPR/CCPA).
Solution integration Integrate AEP with upstream/downstream systems, including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), CRM, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) Stakeholder Collaboration: Lead discovery sessions to translate business objectives into functional and technical requirements.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 8-10 years in digital marketing, Martech, or data architecture
AEP Expertise: 2-3 years hands-on experience with AERYRT-CDP
Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of SON, SQL (Query Service), REST APIs, and Web SOK
Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to create technical roadmaps and lead implementations.
Preferred Skills:
Adobe Certifications (RT-COP, AJO, CIA)
Experience in retail, financial services, or telecommunications industries.
