📍 Fully Remote (U.S.-Based)
🕐 Full-Time | Must work Los Angeles business hours
💰 Competitive Base Uncapped Commission
💵 $110K Year 1 OTE | $140K Year 2 OTE
We’re a fast-growing legal search firm partnering primarily with top law firms across California, with additional searches nationwide, and we’re looking for an experienced legal recruiter to join the team.
This is a pure recruiting role. No client acquisition required. You’ll step into active attorney searches from day one and focus on sourcing, pipeline building, and closing placements.
🔥 What You’ll Do
• Recruit attorneys across active legal searches
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle: source → screen → submit → place
• Generate candidates through cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn sourcing, referrals, and outbound outreach
• Build strong follow-up systems and maintain organized candidate pipelines
• Manage activity and performance metrics in a KPI-driven environment
✅ What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience recruiting attorneys is required
• Strong outbound sourcing and candidate generation skills
• Comfortable with cold calling and cold email outreach
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Able to work autonomously in a fully remote environment
