Overview of the Role
Ensure that our clients (Consumer Products manufacturers) are paying us promptly and accurately.
Schedule : Monday-Friday from 8 : 30 am-4 : 30 pm
Salary : $40,000 - $45,000 per year
What You Will Do at CA Ferolie
- Record deposits received from assigned clients
- Determine any payouts to partner agencies
- Apply cash to orders in our system
- Run unpaid orders reports and initiate payment inquiries
- Address errors with payments
- Address delinquent payers
- Keep management fully informed of all relevant information in a timely manner
