- Possesses a broad and extensive administrative experience in managing a major correctional program that includes any or all of the following: Healthcare access, custody, housing, classification, work, academic and vocational education, discipline and appeals of inmates and offenders, and correctional business management.
- Possesses knowledge and experience in communicating effectively with incarcerated individuals, understanding the challenges faced during incarceration, promoting positive behavior and supporting the rehabilitative efforts of offenders.
