Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Individual to join our team. The Front Office will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front office, ensuring efficient and effective administrative support for our dental office. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, greeting patients, and answering phone calls
- Coordinate patient check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accurate and timely completion of necessary paperwork
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of all sensitive information
- Assist with insurance verification and claims processing
- Handle billing inquiries and process payments
- Oversee inventory management of office supplies and equipment
- Train and supervise front office staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and patient satisfaction
- Implement and enforce office policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a dental or medical administrative support role is highly preferred
- Proficiency in dental software such as Eaglesoft, is required
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of DENTAL terminology is a MUST HAVE.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems like Epic is a plus
- Familiarity with emergency response protocols (ER) is preferred
