Property Maintenance Specialist
We’re looking for a hands-on Property Maintenance Specialist to support the upkeep of our commercial properties. This is a varied role where you’ll be responsible for carrying out day-to-day maintenance, repairs, and minor installation work, helping to ensure our buildings remain safe, functional, and well presented.
Working across multiple sites, you’ll take pride in delivering high-quality work and responding efficiently to maintenance needs.

We’re looking for a hands-on Property Maintenance Specialist to support the upkeep of our commercial properties. This is a varied role where you’ll be responsible for carrying out day-to-day maintenance, repairs, and minor installation work, helping to ensure our buildings remain safe, functional, and well presented.
Working across multiple sites, you’ll take pride in delivering high-quality work and responding efficiently to maintenance needs.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out general repairs and maintenance across buildings and equipment
- Completing basic carpentry, painting, and decorating tasks
- Installing fixtures such as shelving, cabinets, and handrails
- Assembling furniture and equipment as required
- Supporting the upkeep of outdoor areas, including light landscaping and general maintenance
- Conducting routine inspections to identify issues and report more complex repairs
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with health and safety standards
- Maintaining tools, equipment, and accurate maintenance records
- Assisting external contractors and other trades where needed
- Previous experience in property maintenance, facilities, or a construction-related role
- Broad practical skills across general maintenance tasks (e.g. carpentry and decorating)
- Basic understanding of plumbing and electrical systems
- Confidence using hand and power tools safely
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
- Good communication and a professional, customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
