Responsibilities
- Lead group classes in Pilates, yoga, Barre, or other fitness modalities with enthusiasm and clear instruction
- Design innovative and effective workout programs tailored to diverse skill levels and goals
- Ensure all participants perform exercises safely by demonstrating proper technique and body mechanics
- Motivate members to stay committed to their fitness journey through energetic coaching and positive reinforcement
- Maintain a clean and organized studio environment, including equipment setup and sanitation protocols
- Stay updated on the latest fitness trends, techniques, and certifications to continually enhance class quality
- Promote the health club’s programs and services to encourage member engagement and retention
Skills
- Strong knowledge of Pilates, yoga, Barre, or group fitness principles, and program design
- Excellent teaching skills with the ability to motivate diverse groups of participants
- Ability to incorporate dance or teaching elements into dynamic class formats

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
