Position Summary

The individual will manage configuration baselines related to purchasing and procure to pay activities while leading configuration changes, resolving complex issues, and ensuring audit readiness with limited supervision. Ability to lead or supervise configuration management specialists while maintaining configuration baseline control across the lifecycle of highly complex information systems, including software and hardware components. This role supports configuration governance, audit readiness, and change control while collaborating with quality assurance, management, and SAP functional teams.

Ability to lead or supervise configuration management specialists while maintaining configuration baseline control across the lifecycle of highly complex information systems, including software and hardware components. This role supports configuration governance, audit readiness, and change control while collaborating with quality assurance, management, and SAP functional teams.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Lead or supervise configuration management specialists across complex system environments
- Provide configuration baseline control across system, software, and hardware lifecycles
- Facilitate and advise Configuration Control Boards (CCBs)
- Maintain allocated, functional, and physical configuration baselines
- Review engineering change requests and assess impacts to configuration baselines and logistics support elements
- Prepare directives for configuration change authorization and implementation
- Maintain configuration control records and related technical documentation
- Coordinate with quality assurance and management to ensure accurate and well-documented product baselines
- Perform configuration audit support activities to ensure governance and compliance
- Translate business requirements into functional designs and refine ambiguity into actionable documentation
- Lead SAP configuration changes and perform impact analyses
- Independently triage complex system and configuration issues
- Collaborate closely with ABAP developers, security teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Troubleshoot posting errors, data reconciliations, and financial controls to support audit readiness
- Operate with minimal supervision using general intent guidance
- Minimum of 5 years of SAP MM procurement relevant configuration management experience
- Must be eligible to obtain a US security clearance (Must be a US citizen)
- Experience providing configuration baseline control for complex information systems
- Experience performing engineering change request impact analysis
- Experience supporting configuration audit and governance activities
- Minimum of 5 years of SAP MM module experience, including:
- Purchasing
- Requisitions
- Purchase orders
- Vendor management
- Data supporting the procure-to-pay process

Salary : $110,000 - $135,000
