What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Contract Management position at C5ISR (Gichner Systems Group, Inc.)?
Kratos C5ISR Modular Systems is currently seeking a Senior leader for the role of Director of Contract Management to provide leadership to the Contracts Department. This individual will ensure contracts are properly executed and managed to provide contract deliverables in accordance with all contractual and regulatory requirements and to support the organization as a member of the Senior Leadership Team and support forecasted and budgeted business results.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Provide necessary management oversight to ensure all orders are within contractual requirements.
- Directs Contract Managers and Contract Administrators regarding negotiations, change orders, revisions, etc.
- Provide signature delegation to others in the Contracts group
- Reviews job releases for orders accepted by Contract Manager and Contract Admin.
- Provides support to all departments as needed for contract compliance.
- Educate Contracts team and other departments as required on updated FARs, terms, procedures and guidelines established by our corporate office or as issued by customers or agencies.
- Review terms and conditions, non-disclosure and teaming agreements
- Sign customer certifications and representations on behalf of the organization.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
BA/BS or equivalent contract experience to include negotiation, administration and compliance with Federal DoD prime/subcontracts in the defense or aerospace industry required.
10 years of Contract Experience; minimum 3 years of leadership experience
Knowledge of government regulations (ITAR, FARS, DFAR) export licenses and associated international issues, contract structure and preparation of agreement.
