Responsibilities
- Scale Customer Value
- 3rd party Brand Lift project operation
- Follow standardized project workflows and predefined steps to move projects through each stage from initiation to completion
- Manage a high volume of concurrent projects with efficiency and attention to detail
- Monitor project timelines and ensure all milestones and deliverables are met on time
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to track progress and flag any delays or issues
- Ensure accurate documentation and data entry for all project activities and status updates
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal partners regarding project status and requirements
- Operation efficiency improvement
- Identify and escalate process bottlenecks to relevant stakeholders and Brand Measurement Specialists
- Support continuous improvement of project processes and tools
Global Support of Brand Measurement Specialists
- Work effectively across NAMER, EMEAL, APAC time zones
Stakeholder Management
- Proactively surface questions, challenges, and potential solutions
- Work with Research Operations teams and external research vendors on tasks where multi-team collaboration is required to address customer needs
- Proactive outreach to Brand Measurement Specialists and other stakeholders to clarify task objectives, timelines, and work towards resolving requests on time
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- 3 years of working in a market research, media analytics, or consulting role, with min. ~2 years in project management
- Experience with scale and automation projects
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal, and verbal communication skills
- Proficient English writing
- Experience working effectively with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Strong business acumen, organizational, time management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic and collaborative environment
- Ability to multitask and process a high volume of transactions with accuracy

Salary : $85,000 - $95,000
