About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, highly analytical Digital Campaign Manager with 10 years of experience in performance and growth marketing to drive customer acquisition for Rewards and Browser ecosystem products, including Wallpaper. This role requires someone who can identify new growth opportunities, scale acquisition channels, and continuously optimize campaigns for traffic, installs, engagement, and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive customer acquisition strategy across Paid, SEO, SEM, affiliate, display, and emerging growth channels.
- Increase traffic and sign-ups for Client's Rewards and adoption of browser Wallpaper.
- Identify and test new avenues for scalable user growth and acquisition efficiency.
- Manage and optimize high-budget performance marketing campaigns across Google, Microsoft Ads, Meta, YouTube, and programmatic platforms.
- Lead SEO and SEM initiatives including keyword strategy, landing page optimization, and conversion funnel improvements.
- Analyze campaign performance, user behavior, and growth metrics to deliver actionable insights and measurable ROI.
- Run A/B tests and growth experiments to improve CTR, CPA, conversion, and retention metrics.
- Partner cross-functionally with product, analytics, engineering, and creative teams to execute growth initiatives at scale.
Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing.
- Deep expertise in Paid Media, SEO, SEM, customer acquisition, and conversion optimization.
- Proven track record of scaling consumer acquisition campaigns and uncovering innovative growth channels.
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in GA4, Adobe Analytics, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Experience managing large-scale, data-driven marketing campaigns with measurable business impact.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
Preferred
- Experience with consumer tech, loyalty/rewards programs, browser/app growth, or client's ecosystem products.
- Familiarity with lifecycle marketing, retention strategies, and growth experimentation frameworks.
