The Salesforce Total ABA Developer will design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Total ABA workflows and integrations that support behavioral health or related service operations. Responsibilities include configuring and customizing Salesforce, building and optimizing Visualforce pages and Lightning Web Components, and supporting end users with enhancements and issue resolution. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, translating them into technical designs, and ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices. The developer will also participate in testing, deployment, documentation, and ongoing maintenance of Salesforce and Total ABA features.

Qualifications
- Strong Salesforce.com development skills, including experience with Salesforce.com Development and core Salesforce.com platform features.
- Hands-on experience building and optimizing user interfaces using Visualforce Pages and Lightning Web Components.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com Administration, including configuration, security, workflows, and user management.
- Experience working with or integrating Total ABA (or similar behavioral health practice management solutions) within Salesforce is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools) is beneficial.
- Ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders on-site.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience with Salesforce development.
