Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Position Overview
The Member Services Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service through telephone interactions with members, pharmacies, and physician offices. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and resolve member inquiries related to healthcare benefits and account services
Assist pharmacies and physician offices with order processing and benefit questions
Research and document customer interactions accurately
Navigate multiple applications while maintaining productivity standards
Deliver professional, empathetic customer service during every interaction
Meet established quality, performance, and attendance expectations
Work Schedule
Candidates must be flexible and available to work assigned schedules based on business needs, which may include:
Evening shifts
One weekend day
Overtime as needed
Assigned schedules are based on operational requirements and are not negotiable.
