Position Overview

As an Entry-Level Pharmacy Technician, you will support patients, healthcare providers, and pharmacies by assisting with medication-related inquiries and prior authorization requests. Key Responsibilities

Assist with medication-related inquiries from patients and healthcare providers

Support prior authorization processes and documentation

Accurately enter and update information within multiple computer systems

Review and verify information while maintaining a high level of accuracy

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of requests

Qualifications

We are seeking customer-focused professionals to join our team as Member Services Specialists. In this high-volume contact center role, you will serve as a key resource for health plan members, pharmacies, and healthcare providers by assisting with benefit inquiries, order processing, and account support.

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
Assignment Type: 5-Month Seasonal Contract (Potential for Extension or Permanent Hire)
Location: Fully Remote
Training Start Date: Multiple starts for the rest of the year.
Schedule: Full-Time

Position Overview

The Member Services Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service through telephone interactions with members, pharmacies, and physician offices. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Answer and resolve member inquiries related to healthcare benefits and account services

Assist pharmacies and physician offices with order processing and benefit questions

Research and document customer interactions accurately

Navigate multiple applications while maintaining productivity standards

Deliver professional, empathetic customer service during every interaction

Meet established quality, performance, and attendance expectations

Work Schedule

Candidates must be flexible and available to work assigned schedules based on business needs, which may include:

Evening shifts

One weekend day

Overtime as needed

Assigned schedules are based on operational requirements and are not negotiable.

Required Qualifications

Technical Requirements

Candidates should be proficient with:

VPN connections and remote access tools

Working with dual monitors and multiple applications simultaneously

Pre-Employment Assessments:
