What You'll Do:
- Coordinate Deliveries: Schedule and dispatch drivers to ensure timely fuel deliveries.
- Inventory Monitoring: Use remote monitoring systems to track customer fuel tank levels, scheduling deliveries to prevent shortages and optimize routes.
- Route Optimization: Plan efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and reduce fuel costs.
- Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer delivery inquiries and updates.
- Driver Support: Provide real-time support to drivers, addressing any issues or changes during their routes.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of delivery schedules, driver logs, and inventory levels.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth coordination across departments.
What We're Looking For:
- Prior experience in dispatching, logistics, or a related role is preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in dispatch software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of fuel delivery logistics is a plus.
