Project Executive – Power & Energy
Job Responsibilities
Oversite of large-scale projects and/or responsibilities in a Senior Leadership role on a Joint Venture.Ensure the safe and profitable execution of our work.Work collaboratively... to develop and execute our strategic and business plans.Complete oversite of all projects and business operations related to the assignment.Regularly monitor project specific performance data, and drive the implementation of processes to achieve health, safety, quality, and profitability objectives.Oversee the execution of project management processes and aid the team in analyzing and resolving problems that arise during construction.Actively coach, guide, and support our team members.Collaborate with Human Resources to develop succession, recruiting, and team member development strategies.Partner with the estimating team to develop strategies to win work and actively participate in all estimates’ kick off meetings and bid reviews when not assigned to a project.QualificationsTwenty years of relevant large scale project experience in complex heavy civil construction leadership roles.A proven leader who is passionate about the overall wellbeing of the team.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively inside and outside the organization.Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.Must be process driven and possess strong organizational skills.Strong business acumen with proven knowledge and experience in cost control.Positive and professional image who is client focused with the ability to resolve issues.Knowledge of sales/marketing processes in the construction industry.Skilled negotiator.This is a full time on the project role. Occasional travel outside of the region for meetings or other business-related events will be required.
