Inventory Associate

C3 Workforce is hiring for a growing operation looking for hardworking people ready to jump in and get to work. If you can sort, stack, count, and keep things moving, we want to talk to you.

What you'll be doing:

• Sorting and grading metal materials by type, size, and condition
• Supporting production on shaver screw manufacturing lines
• Counting, tracking, and organizing inventory across the warehouse floor
• Loading/unloading materials and keeping work areas organized
• Using basic hand tools and following safety procedures
• Cross-training across sorting, production, and inventory as needed

What we're looking for:

• Reliable, on-time, ready to work
• Comfortable standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and staying active for a full shift
• Basic math skills for counting/inventory tracking
• No experience required — we'll train the right attitude
• Manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is a plus but not required
