C3 Workforce is hiring Light Industrial Recruiters for our Livonia office.

This is a full-time, on-site role focused on sourcing, screening, confirming, and placing light industrial temporary workers for manufacturing and warehouse clients.

We move fast. When a customer sends in an order, our job is to fill it quickly and correctly. We are looking for someone who can handle a fast pace, communicate clearly, stay organized, and follow through.

What You’ll Do

• Source, screen, interview, and place light industrial candidates
• Fill open client orders quickly while maintaining quality
• Build and maintain a steady pipeline of reliable workers
• Confirm workers before they report to job sites, including early morning text confirmations
• Manage candidates from application through assignment
• Keep candidate and assignment records accurate in TempWorks
• Use tools like ChatGPT and Claude to work faster across sourcing, screening, and communication

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone scrappy, hard-working, organized, and comfortable working under real deadlines. Staffing experience is helpful, but it is not required.

A four-year degree is not required. We care more about hustle, judgment, follow-through, communication, and results.

This role can be a strong fit for someone who has worked in a bar, restaurant, service, retail, customer service, or other fast-paced environment where you have to move quickly, deal with people, and keep a lot of things going at once.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Good judgment when talking to and evaluating people
• Strong follow-through and attention to detail
• Willingness to work customer hours, including early mornings, occasional late orders, and rare Saturdays
• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Authorized to work in the United States

Preferred

• Prior staffing or recruiting experience
• Light industrial staffing experience
• Bar, restaurant, retail, customer service, or service industry background
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus
• ATS experience is a plus

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary target: $50,000 per year, with flexibility for a stronger candidate
• Commission: 1% of gross profit on every employee you place, paid for as long as that worker remains on assignment, 5% on direct placements
• 9 paid holidays
• Paid time off: 120 hours accrued during year one, then 120 hours front loaded at the start of year two
